Mary Street

Set on a tree-lined street in Coconut Grove, Mary Street redefines the visual landscape of the area through the adaptive reuse of a preexisting garage into a future-ready, Class A office building overlooking the nearby park and water.

Grove Central | Interiors

The interior of Grove Central’s tower connects residents to the Coconut Grove by emulating the experience of moving up through a forest—from a dense green understory to airy canopy, to blue sky and clear views.

121 N Hibiscus Road

Hibiscus Island Residence provides panoramic views of the ocean that the clients previously enjoyed in their apartment, but now with additional garden views and direct access to the water and breezes. This home was specially designed to celebrate the amazing natural views from all major spaces as they move through the house.

La Escondida Residence

Located in a mature oak hammock, the clients of La Escondida requested a house that celebrated the lush vegetation and beauty of the landscape while also providing privacy for the family. The structure is oriented so the views from each room focus on specific trees in the landscape.

Coral Gables Residence

The Coral Gables Residence is inspired by the area’s tropical hammock as well as the neighboring Biscayne Bay. The house transitions from two engaged, stone-clad volumes on the street to a primarily crystalline facade on the bay side and the interiors are designed to evoke a very tropical Florida feeling.

301 Ocean Drive

Nestled on the tropical island of Key Biscayne, 301 Ocean Drive is a luxury condominium that seamlessly connects residents with the beautiful natural landscape of the island, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.

Grove Central

Grove Central is an award-winning, mixed-use, transit-oriented development in Coconut Grove designed for sustainable urban living. Grove Central is certified at the highest green building standards, and its design reflects Miami’s architectural heritage while connecting residents to the walkable, arboreal neighborhood.

Mid River Vu

Mid River Vu reflects a commitment to contextual architecture, environmental performance, and equitable city-building. The unique terracotta façade evokes the rhythm of the river while providing practical cooling benefits.

Nike Flagship, Lincoln Road

Winner of the 2020 AIA Miami Divine Detail/Honor, Lincoln Road's Nike Flagship seamlessly marries Nike’s global design brand with the local culture of Miami Beach’s historic block.

The Vessel, Wynwood

The Vessel, located in Miami’s colorful Wynwood, is a commercial building designed to host both Entertainment and Food & Beverage venues across three levels of interior retail space in addition to outdoor terraces and a landscaped rooftop.

Occupying the top floors of Mary Street in Coconut Grove, Terra’s Corporate Office balances modern design with adaptive technology, encapsulating the essence of Terra Group's innovative and forward-thinking brand identity.

Cat Cay Residence | Interiors

The Cat Cay Residence draws its palette from the vibrant shades of the sea, while the interiors reflect the area’s Bahamian roots, connecting residents to the surrounding natural beauty.

Raleigh Hotel Renovation

This renovation of the historic Raleigh Hotel was done to preserve the building’s unique Streamline Modern architecture and Art Deco interiors, while updating the space to provide modern comforts.

Mar de Indias, Cartagena

Mar de Indias Resort makes use of Cartagena’s beautiful landscape of rolling hills and ocean to provide guests with varied experiences of the land through their stay in residences evoking Colombia’s rich architectural history.

Pink Sands Resort

The architectural planning of Pink Sands Resort draws from Bahamian influences, incorporating large verandas, colorful facades, and shuttered fenestrations—all catering to a tropical vernacular.

Mary Street

800 Lincoln Road

Built in 1936 and designed by Robert Law Reed, 800 Lincoln Road was originally home to the Burdines Department Store. It featured a streamlined steel and concrete frame structure which was originally intended to serve as a pedestal for the future addition of five more stories.

Brown Jordan Flagship

Winner of the 20148 AIA Florid Merit Award for Masonry in Design, the concept design and materiality for this flagship retail site were inspired by the Dade County pine forest and coral-rock bluffs.

Margaret Pace Park

The plan for Margaret Pace Park integrates architecture, landscape, and coastal strategies to protect inland properties, manage stormwater, and create communal gathering spaces.

Hialeah Factory Town

Hialeah’s Factory Town fosters a healthy and vibrant community by bringing together residents to this assortment of reused industrial complexes including maker spaces, markets, and entertainment venues.

Ransom Everglades Campus SAP

As local architects, our Special Area Plan for Ransom Everglades School informed the development and expansion of the campus aligned with the historic style and pedagogical philosophy of the school.

Terracotta Water Wall

Our prototype for a terracotta water wall, developed at ACAW 2024, offers a sustainable solution for large-scale water capture that when assembled also creates a dynamic façade.
