Terra Corporate Offices, Mary Street

Occupying the top floors of Mary Street in Coconut Grove, the Terra's Corporate Office continues Mary Street’s visual design focus, bringing in elements of the natural tree-line street into a modern, luxury office space.

Just as the architecture of Mary Street was done in collaboration with Terra, the interiors were also designed and curated to the taste of Terra’s CEO. The resulting interior design consists of bespoke walnut bookcases and wall paneling that echo the neighboring park and trees. These richly detailed bookshelves showcase the real estate portfolio of this industry leader, while behind them hidden doors allow for private egress.

Our interior design approach was comprehensive to ensure we created a space that embodies modern luxury while maintaining an emphasis on design. Each element in the headquarters aligns with Terra's vision, from the selected materials and palettes to the custom-designed furnishings. The warmth and comfort of the interiors engender a collaborative and inspiring environment that facilitates productivity and creativity. The finished product is a workplace that balances modern design with adaptive technology, encapsulating the essence of Terra innovative and forward-thinking brand identity.

The new office is Wall Street-meets-James Bond. A spiral staircase leads you to an open floor plan where analysts are busy scrutinizing Terra’s portfolios. Large TVs are set up fronting a conference table and tuned to MSNBC or CNBC on mute—if the screens aren’t in use for a meeting or presentation.
