With Miami serving as a popular housing destination for celebrities—whether it be as a primary place of residence or as a second, third, or even fourth option—we thought it’d be fun to take a look back at 2017’s juiciest homes to hit and/or depart the market.
Parasol House, Chris Bosch
Bosh and his wife, Adrienne, listed their waterfront mansion on North Bay Road for $18 million a few weeks ago. The 12,368-square-foot modern residence was built in 2009 and designed by Touzet Studio. The Miami Heat legend purchased the home for $12.33 million in 2010, records show.
