The Vessel, located in Miami’s colorful Wynwood, is a commercial building designed to host both Entertainment and Food & Beverage venues across three levels of interior retail space in addition to outdoor terraces and a landscaped rooftop.

This 5200 SF Luxury waterfront residence was designed by Touzet Studio for luxury single family developer David Solomon. It is located on the Venetian Islands and enjoys both open bay and city views, where residents enjoy year-round ocean breezes.
