South Pointe Townhouses consists of four townhouses located on a broad landscaped boulevard in South Beach, each designed with one of the four elements in mind: water, earth, fire and air.

VITRI was designed as a mixed-use residential and commercial building to serve as the entry threshold to Miami Beach. The design and palette are inspired by the city's two distinct environments—the natural and the man-made.

The interiors for VITRI’s residential units consist of bespoke kitchen and bathroom designs conceptualized with Luminaire and Boffi and a palette inspired by the city's two distinct environments—the natural and the man-made.
