Recognized by AIA Miami and the Miami Design Preservation League, the Pancoast Residence on North Bay Road involved careful restoration of a 1928 Moorish Revival house and the addition of a "treehouse" studio.

Built in 1936 and designed by Robert Law Reed, 800 Lincoln Road was originally home to the Burdines Department Store. It featured a streamlined steel and concrete frame structure which was originally intended to serve as a pedestal for the future addition of five more stories.
Gap Flagship

The design for the Gap Flagship honors the site's past while still looking forward. The design evolved out of reinterpreting the original Streamline Moderne structure, keeping historic elements and incorporating them into the modern design.

101 Hibiscus was envisioned as a modern Miami Beach translation of a Hôtel Particulier, or a French urban mansion, which drawing from these historic sources and reimagining them for Miami Beach’s tropical aesthetic and climate.
